I’m Caroline, founder of Relocare Solutions. The company was born from personal experience — and from a belief that relocation should be approached with far greater care and attention than is often the case.

Having relocated internationally multiple times, I understand firsthand how much a move like this involves. It’s not just logistics — it’s adjusting to a new way of life, navigating unfamiliar systems, and finding your place in a new country.

As someone who has made the move to the United States twice, I understand the challenges that come with relocating across the Atlantic. The questions, the unknowns, and the small details that can quickly feel overwhelming are all part of the experience.

With over 20 years of international experience across Europe and the United States in sales, marketing, project management, and destination management, I bring a structured yet highly personalized approach to every relocation. My background in working closely with international clients, building long-term relationships, and managing complex projects continues to shape how I support each move today.
